Challenges faced: I am new to blogging, as such this caused difficulties while creating my blog. I am not familiar with the platform, so I was not sure how my blog is expected to look. I plan to overcome this problem by having my lecturer critic my blog and make the necessary corrections suggested.
Blogging is just another fun way of getting the lesson/information across to students. I may choose to use this method in the classroom as it can allow a quiet student, for example, to feel heard online. Those shy and quiet students feel less pressure when they need to “speak” in their blog, as they are discussing the text on their own terms. Additionally, this journaling format works great with read-and-write learners as well as visual learners.
