WEEK ONE : Introduction to Technology
Technology can be a powerful tool for transforming learning. It can help to advance relationships between educators and students, reinvent our approaches to learning and adapt learning experiences to meet the needs of all learners.
We detailed the Role of Technology and how it could be applied in the classrooms. The importance of storage devices, input and output devices and the accessibility to students. A brief history of technology was outlined as to show the fundamental part to understanding how to incorporate technology efficiently in the classrooms.
We were given an in class assignment which follows:
* Task - create a Gmail and outlook emails

- type in your desired email address
- choose a secure password
- select your security questions, type in your answers
- click 'accept'

* Challenges faced - I was not faced with any challenges as I already had knowledge of how to create an email.
* How does it apply to class - I will be able to send information to students in a professional manner using this medium .
